I have been a loyal customer of Fit Flavors for my weekly supply of delicious and healthy "Farmers Breakfasts," that I always look forward to picking up on Sundays. The moment I walk in, I’m greeted by the warm smiles of Grace and Sally, who always make me feel at home. They know me by name and have even memorized my account number, so everything is ready to go before I even reach the register—talk about exceptional service! Grace and Sally are not just friendly faces; they are incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and always ready to provide recommendations or answer any questions I might have. Their attentiveness truly elevates the shopping experience. They also really know their way around the smoothie bar! Recently, I’ve been coming in wearing a sling due to shoulder surgery, and I appreciate how they always ask about my arm and check in on my recovery. It’s this level of personal touch that makes Fit Flavors stand out. If you’re looking for delicious, healthy meals and a welcoming environment, this is the place to be. Highly recommended!

Aidan and Kaitlyn provided excellent service when I went to pick up my meals. I’ve been loving the lemon ricotta pancakes lately. My son also loved his strawberry shortcake smoothie we grabbed before we left.

We visited the Sunset Hills location. Everyone in the store is really kind, great vibe. Aidan was very knowledgeable and helpful! I asked a few different customers what they like and they had great things to say about the quality of the food and the convenience! We took a few breakfast, dinner, and healthy snacks home to try over the weekend. While we were in the store, I tried the berry smoothie and my husband tried the peanut butter smoothie. Both were really tasty and filling!! Great concept ❤️ looking forward to ordering regularly!

I love fit-flavors and Sunset Hills has been my favorite location. I love their smoothie bar and have them make it while I choose my meals. I will continue going back for these quick, easy and especially nutritional food!

Kaitlyn and Aidan were so friendly and knowledgeable! I appreciate both of them and their help. They are the reason why I will be returning! ♥️ I purchased two lemon dill salmon meals, one Asian beef and rice meal, and one steak and garlic potatoes meal. The lemon dill salmon was really tasty, as was the rice and green beans that came with it! My spouse said the steak had good flavor still, and the potatoes too! For drinks, I saw the pomaberry protein punch smoothie and thought wow that sounds delicious, and it definitely was!! Also purchased a blueberry cake batter smoothie for my spouse (which I tried; IT WAS SO GOOD ALMOST HAD TO BUY TWO!) and they said it was "perfection!"

Tried 3 meals so far and joined the rewards program. The buffalo chicken is amazing as well as every meal I’ve had so far. Love this place. PB Bliss bars DELICIOUS …. Always craving sweets and trying to cut weight so thank you! Amazing food

This is my go-to location. I love the ability to run in to quickly stock up on lunches for the week or go with family for dinner and have a cozy environment to eat our meal together in a more intimate setting (since most folks just run in and out to grocery shop). I always feel great picking a fit flavors meal, knowing it's hitting all of my health goals and making the life of a SAHM more peaceful with less decision fatigue. Shout out to Kaitlin (who's always so kind to me) and Rae for their help today. They're lovely and I love seeing them!

I've been wanting to go to Fit-Flavors for a long time I was given a few gift cards and decided today was the day. I immediately impressed the design of the store was modern and inviting. The smoothie bar was impressive and super clean. I was greeted by two very helpful staff members. I expanded it was my first time the lady went thru everything she was very detailed and gave me all the information. I was also extremely happy there was a microwave and lounge to have your meal and relax. There there is also a conference room that and be reserved in the rest of the store. Overall it's the most impressive and clean place I've seen in a long time. The staff was amazing and highly recommended don't wait like I did so long the meal I had was amazing and looking forward to the many other meals.
